5. Conclusion
Through this learning module, I have learned HR( Human Resources) practices theories, and concepts that use in different organizations. Hr Strategies can be identified as a powerful tool to overcome the adverse effects which could be happened within the organization
Brain drain is caused by a variety of factors,
economic factors being the primary drivers in addition to social and political
factors
Sri Lanka is currently facing a brain drain and it could be seen in each and
every business sector and adversely affects the healthcare sector recently
The main reason for having Brain drain in the
country is hyperinflation, and this
affects each business sector adversely as a result, lots of issues are
faced by the employees within the organization. Therefore HR team in the organization
has to play a vital role to mitigate these HRM issues.
When employees are leaving the organization, it
adversely affects the financial and nonfinancial performances of the organization. The HR team should be tactful to overcome these issues and should implement the
strategies in order to retain the staff and get the best out of them

Yes..As you mentioned, the movement of health personnel in search of a better standard of living and life quality, higher salaries, access to advanced technology and more stable political conditions in different places worldwide.

ReplyDeleteIt is not an easy task to control this situation for HRM, but they can identify the most valuable people, reward them in a proper system, and retain them in the industry. Otherwise, in the near future, the industry will face so many problems that there should be a balanced plan to cope with the economic crisis.
ReplyDeleteyes Amila, but the HR team is supposed to retain and take care of their employees, even though the external environment makes it hard for them. If HR is disregarding these negative impacts, no one is willing to survive within the company . Therefore, the HR team should be tactful when the external environment poses a threat to them.
